Requido (requido.com) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we process it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. It applies to visitors, registered users and purchasers of our digital products (Promptex, Agent Crafter, templates).

We collect only data necessary to provide and improve the service:

Identity & contact: name, email, company, country.

Account data: username, hashed password, profile info.

Payment metadata: order reference, payment processor transaction IDs (payment data is processed by Stripe/PayPal; we do not store full card numbers).

Technical & usage: IP address, device, browser, access logs, timestamps, delivery records, consent records.

User content: prompts, files and other data you upload.

Communications: support tickets, emails.

Cookies & analytics identifiers.

4. Purposes of processing & legal basis

We process personal data to:

Provide and deliver digital products and related services (performance of contract).

Process purchases and payments (performance of contract).

Provide support and resolve incidents (performance of contract / legitimate interest).

Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).

5. Consent to immediate delivery

All products are digital. At checkout you will be asked to confirm you request immediate access and consent to immediate delivery. We record that consent (timestamp and IP). This consent may affect withdrawal/cancellation rights under local law.

7. Sharing data & processors

We share data with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics (Google Analytics), email and CRM providers, and support/ticketing services. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose:

Purchase records, invoices and accounting: 7 years (or as required by law).

Delivery logs, consent records and technical logs: 3 years.

Support communications: 1–3 years depending on case.

User content: retained while account exists or as agreed; removable on request subject to legal obligations.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption, access control, backups, monitoring). No system is perfectly secure. Report suspected incidents to info@requido.com.

You have rights to the extent provided by applicable law, including:

How to submit a request

Send requests to info@requido.com with: full name, email used on account/purchase, order number (if applicable), type of request (access/rectify/delete/object/portability/restrict/withdraw), description and proof of identity (copy of ID). We will acknowledge and assign a case number. We aim to respond within 20 business days or within the timeframe required by law. We may request additional information to verify identity. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations (e.g., accounting, fraud prevention).

12. Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 16. If you believe we hold such data without parental consent contact info@requido.com to request removal.

13. Marketing communications

We send marketing messages only with your consent. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email or request removal by contacting info@requido.com.

14. Third-party integrations (ChatGPT / OpenAI)

Requido may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI/ChatGPT) to execute prompts and agents. Data you include in prompts may be processed by those providers under their policies. Do not include sensitive personal data in prompts. You remain responsible for the content you submit.

15. Complaints

If unsatisfied with our response you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

16. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified. The page will show the date of last update.
