1. Acceptance

By using Requido and buying products at requido.com you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service or purchase products.

2. What we offer

Requido sells digital products (Promptex, Agent Crafter and templates). Some products require third-party accounts (for example ChatGPT). You are responsible for maintaining those accounts and following their terms.

3. Accounts & security

When you create an account provide accurate information. Keep passwords secure. Notify info@requido.com immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Purchases & digital delivery

All products are digital. By buying you request immediate access. You accept immediate delivery and understand this may affect your withdrawal/right-to-cancel under local law. We record purchase, delivery and consent (date, time, IP).

5. Refunds (summary)

Except for verifiable access failures caused by Requido, purchases are non-refundable. If we confirm an access failure and cannot fix it within the agreed time, we may issue store credit as a remedy. If local law requires cash refunds, we will comply.

Access failure definition: inability to access or use the purchased digital product caused by Requido, demonstrated by error logs, screenshots or other objective evidence.

Process: Contact info@requido.com with your order and evidence. We will attempt to resolve within 7 days. If unresolved, eligible remedies (credit or refund as required by law) will be issued within 14 days of confirmation.

7. Intellectual property

Requido and its licensors keep all rights to the platform, code, templates and original content. Purchasing grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for internal business purposes only. Resale, sublicensing or redistribution is prohibited unless we grant a commercial license in writing.

8. Liability & disclaimer

We provide the service “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific results or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or lost profits, except where law forbids such exclusions. Our maximum aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months prior to the claim, unless local law requires otherwise.

9. Privacy & data processing

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Review it before using the service.

10. Changes to service and terms

We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be notified. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of Spain, unless local consumer law provides otherwise. For disputes between businesses, the courts of Valencia, Spain have jurisdiction, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
