Returns & Refunds policy

Except as described below, we do not accept returns or refunds. Purchase carefully and review the product description before buying.

Digital delivery and immediate access

All products sold are digital. By purchasing you request immediate access to the digital product. You expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, where allowed by law, this may affect your right of withdrawal.

General policy

No refunds are provided for change of mind, personal expectations, lack of use, incompatibility with the buyer’s internal processes, or configuration errors made by the purchaser.

Exception — Access failure (only refundable case)

We will consider a remedy only if there is a verifiable access failure caused by Requido. Examples: product or agent not delivered, activation impossible due to an error on our side, or inability to execute the purchased item because of a fault attributable to our service.

Remedy type — Store credit only

If a remedy is approved under the access-failure exception, it will be issued as Requido store credit (non-expiring unless stated otherwise). We do not issue cash refunds except where required by applicable law. Store credit may be used for future purchases on requido.com.

Refund request process for access failures

1. Contact info@requido.com with your order number, purchase email and a brief description of the problem. Attach screenshots or logs if available.

2. Our support team will attempt to resolve the issue within 7 calendar days from receipt of your report.

3. If we cannot restore access or deliver the contracted item within that timeframe, we will confirm eligibility and issue store credit within 14 days of confirmation.

Evidence and exclusions

Requests lacking sufficient information or evidence may be denied until the customer provides the requested details.

No remedy will be given for problems caused by the buyer’s ChatGPT account, third-party usage limits, external platform policies, or any blockage not caused by Requido, unless it is clearly demonstrated that the failure is our responsibility.

If a remedy is approved but the original payment method is not available and a cash refund is required by local law, we will comply with the law; otherwise we will provide store credit.

Recording consent and delivery

We will record the buyer’s consent to immediate delivery (timestamp, IP, order record) and delivery attempts for audit and dispute purposes.
